Founder & Managing Partner
Michelle Gorman
In 2008, I graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in marketing. Equipped with a passion for connecting people and businesses, I embarked on a journey to explore the dynamic world of marketing. My educational background provided me with a solid foundation in strategic planning, consumer behavior, and effective communication.

In 2011, I married my wonderful husband, Brent (Jr.), who serves as a Battalion Chief with the Willowfork Fire Department. Together, we made the decision to embark on a new chapter in our lives, and we relocated to his hometown of Columbus, Texas. This move brought us closer to nature and the serene beauty of the countryside, inspiring a profound appreciation for the rural lifestyle.
As a mother of two incredible sons, I've experienced the joys and challenges of balancing family life with a fulfilling career. Throughout my professional journey, I have had the privilege of working with renowned organizations such as AT&T, where I honed my skills in customer service and relationship management. I also had the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the Columbus Chamber of Commerce, fostering connections among local businesses and nurturing economic development. Additionally, I gained invaluable experience working for a construction company, where I witnessed the transformative power of turning visions into reality. This experience deepened my understanding of project management, attention to detail, and the importance of delivering exceptional results.
With a diverse background in marketing, customer service, and community engagement, I am excited to embark on a new adventure with my father-in-law with Hill & Oak.

For over three decades, I have had the privilege of managing the property adjacent to my own. This hands-on experience has given me invaluable insights into the intricacies of property management, allowing me to understand the needs and expectations of homeowners.

Prior to focusing on property management, I dedicated 30 years of my professional life to the Texas Department of Transportation. This experience instilled in me a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and effective leadership skills.
In 1984, I married my wonderful wife, Patty, who has been a registered nurse for over 30 years, providing compassionate care to countless individuals. Together, we have been blessed with three sons who have grown into remarkable individuals. As proud grandparents, we now have the joy of sharing our lives with six precious grandchildren.
Community service has always been close to my heart. From a young age, I actively served as a volunteer firefighter, dedicating my time and skills to protect and support our community. I had the honor of serving as the Chief of the Frelsburg Volunteer Fire Department for a decade. Presently, I serve in both the Columbus Volunteer Fire Department and the Frelsburg Volunteer Fire Department continuing my commitment to safeguarding the well-being of our community.
